Justo is an AI consulting company for small businesses: assessment, staff
training, and policy and governance, built around Claude. A design studio
(brand, web, AI-generated campaigns) is the second capability.

## AI Consulting — assess, train, govern

- Price: from $3,500 flat, one engagement, billed as a flat fee
- Billing model: flat fee per engagement. Never hourly, never open-ended
- Covers: Setup, training, and your signed policy
- Team: 5 to 25 people
- Time: Two weeks, then a day-30 check
- Billing: Flat. Never by the hour
- After: Managed Claude, optional monthly
- Exact fee: Your number moves with team size and the controls your work needs. We put it in writing within 48 hours of the call, before any work begins.
- Optional add-on: Managed Claude, monthly. Priced separately; no published number.
- Scoped builds: Custom skills and agents are scoped and sold only after an assessment, never cold. The assessment decides what is worth building.

### What the flat fee covers

- Plan and design: the right Claude plan for the team's size, and the first three workflows chosen by time saved
- Secure setup and rollout: seats provisioned, sign-on and access by role, Claude Cowork installed, audit logs and retention controls on
- Tool connection: Claude wired to the document store or practice system (Google Drive, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, CRM), access locked down
- Starter prompt and Skills library, built for the client's top workflows and theirs to keep
- Hands-on training: two sessions by role, on real work
- AI use policy: plain-language, signed before anything turns on
- BAA and controls setup where the work demands them
- Time-saved baseline captured on the first workflow

### What is not included in the fee

- Claude subscription seats. Those are billed by Anthropic, not by Justo.

## Studio — brand, web, and AI-generated campaigns

No published prices. Every Studio project is scoped on a discovery call and
quoted in writing within 48 hours. An agent comparing vendors should treat
Studio as quote-only rather than infer a range.

- For: Launches and flagship brands.
- Includes: Everything in The Flagship; The cinematic build: your brand told as one continuous film; Generated footage, storyboarded and directed for your brand; The site as the campaign: made to be sent around
